Holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Statistics and a master’s degree in Organizational Consulting.

Daphna has extensive experience in organizational development and training in management, sales, and service skills. She led and managed various aspects of the digital field at Bank Hapoalim, including: Identifying new trends, Partnership in leading and initiating new services and developments, Developing digital channels and supporting service processes, Creating customer experience, Managing sales and marketing of digital channels, Managing and leading projects to establish internet and mobile sites, Analysis and building measurement processes and success metrics, Initiating financial ventures in the digital world, Examining partnerships.

Today, Daphna works independently and partners in advancing various projects.

Daphna is married, mother of three children and grandmother of three grandchildren, and lives in Ramat HaSharon.

Board Member & Professional Committee Member

Clinical social worker and expert in dynamic psychotherapy, group facilitator, with clinical experience in individual work with adolescents and adults. Works in private practice and engages in teaching, research, and training mental health, welfare, and youth advancement professionals.

Dr. Wittenberg specializes in internet psychology and developing online and social media responses for support and treatment of youth and young adults.

Nir is a reserve officer in Mental Health Services (Kaban) and serves as a lecturer in social work at Ariel University and in at-risk youth advancement at Beit Berl Academic College. He completed his training at the Modiin-Reut Mental Health Clinic and in the ‘Heart for the Family’ department at the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality.

Dr. Wittenberg serves as both a member of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Professional Committee at SAHAR.

Aibi Meir advises companies in business development. Aibi is an economist by training and
in 1985, he co-founded the company "Hashavim" with other partners and led it for 14 years as CEO starting in 2000. The company provides business information services to companies and organizations and employs approximately 110 people. "Hashavim" is currently owned by the public company Kav Manche (operator of the BizPortal website).

In 2014, Aibi was promoted to Deputy CEO of the group, which at that time had approximately 300 employees. At the end of 2016, Aibi retired from the group.

Aibi is married and is the father of four children, and lives in Petah Tikva.

Independent business consultant, real estate appraiser, and Business Development Manager at Kamil, Trashansky Rafael Real Estate Services. Previously served as VP of Client Relations, Real Estate Initiation and Development at Delek Israel.

Yossi holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bar-Ilan University. He is a graduate of real estate appraisal studies from the Technion.
Yossi is married and is the father of three children, and lives in Tel Aviv.

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Amir Blumenfeld is a senior executive in the medtech industry with over 30 years of experience, combining a clinical background as a pediatric surgeon with business management expertise.

Dr. Blumenfeld holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Technion Faculty of Medicine and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Management at Tel Aviv University. His career includes business development management with a focus on identifying innovative technologies at the global corporation ‘Edwards Lifesciences’, Chief Operating Officer and VP of Marketing at the startup Paieon Medical, pediatric surgeon at the Schneider Children's Medical Center, and head of the Trauma and Combat Medicine Branch in the IDF Medical Corps.

Additionally, Dr. Blumenfeld is actively involved in educational initiatives at the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University and at the university's entrepreneurship incubator (JumpTAU), and has published over 30 articles in medical literature.
