Dr. Leni Dothan is an artist and researcher, graduate of UCL University, London.
Responsible for developing relationships and partnerships of SAHAR. Leni has extensive experience in accompanying work processes of artists and fundraising.

In her work as a researcher and artist, she engages in expanding the image of women and mothers in society.

North America Volunteers Coordinator

Registered nurse with a master's degree in Health Systems Management and Public Health from Bar-Ilan University.

Oria served in the army for over 10 years in various positions in the Medical Corps.
In recent years, lives in Toronto, Canada, and serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of an integrative clinic focusing on Canadian military veterans suffering from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.

Oria is married and mother of two sons.

Community and Volunteers Coordinator

Graduate of special education studies, has extensive experience in the fields of education, training, and working with diverse population.

Believes that good interpersonal relationships, listening, and giving are the basis for any meaningful activity, and that education is the central tool for creating real change in society.
Over the years, has always sought occupations related to social and community that bring opportunities to influence, connect, and grow with other people.

Holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and is a graduate of Sam Spiegel Film School.
Journalist and content person with specialization in creative work, branding, and digital media. Comfortable in the various social media platforms.

Professional Coordinator North America

Expert rehabilitation psychologist, holds a master's degree in Psychology from the Hebrew University.
Ayelet has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and parents in rehabilitative settings and in private practice.

She managed the psycho-social team in the day rehabilitation hospitalization department at Safra Children's Hospital at Tel HaShomer (Sheba Medical Center).

Therapist in various approaches, such as dynamic approach, behavioral approach, dialectical approach, and EMDR. Additionally, has rich experience in neuropsychological and psycho-didactic assessment.
In recent years, lives in New Jersey with her partner and their two chiHolds training in "Gesher Mechached" theory.

Emergency and Technology Coordinator

Expert educational psychologist, holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Haifa.
Sharon has experience working with parents, adolescents, and families with emphasis on special education and at-risk youth. She is an individual therapist in various therapeutic methods such as long-term dynamic therapies and short-term therapies such as CBT and EFT, as well as professional experience in group facilitation and psychological assessments.

She is currently in the process of doctoral studies in Psychology.

In recent years, Sharon lives in the Silicon Valley, California, and is interested in Technology and how Artificial intelligence can support the Mental Health field.

Sharon is married and mother of four children.

Information Systems Manager

Holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work from the Hebrew University and a master's degree in Human Engineering.

Rina has rich experience in combining people and technology. Until recent years, she managed projects for implementation and deployment of complex technological systems in large organizations in Israel and abroad.

At SAHAR, she engages in improving and streamlining processes through the integration of technological tools.

Rina is married, mother of 3 and grandmother of 4, and lives in Rehovot.

Head of Technology

Systems developer and technological leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing information systems for public, social, and academic organizations.

Specializes in planning digital infrastructures, managing complex projects, information security, accessibility, and optimizing organizational processes through advanced technological solutions – including automation, management systems, training platforms, and artificial intelligence-based applications.

Moti studied in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Ben-Gurion University and served as a partner lecturer at the Sagol School of Neuroscience at Tel Aviv University. He brings a systematic approach that combines deep technological understanding with sensitivity to human needs.
Lives in Ramat Gan, enthusiast of technology, poetry, and plants, and is committed to work that combines code with emotion.

Outreach Patrol Department Manager

Social worker, manages the proactive monitoring field – SAHAR Network Patrol.
Holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work, a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education, and a parent guidance certification.

Sivan has experience in the field of parent guidance and in the field of youth at risk – specifically youth addictions.

She is married, mother of three children, and lives in Rishon LeZion.

Community and Volunteers Vice President

Holds a master's degree in Health Sciences from Ben-Gurion University and is a certified NLP and guided imagery trainer from Rater College.

Naama has extensive experience in managing social projects in the fields of health and welfare. As part of her role as Southern District Manager of health promotion programs on behalf of ‘Joint Israe’l, Naama, together with a team of health promoters and professional consultants, developed infrastructure and programs to improve health and welfare in educational and welfare settings in the Southern District.

In recent years, Naama has gained extensive experience in individual work with youth and families with emphasis on at-risk youth.

Naama is married, mother of three children, and lives in Or Yam.

Professional Vice President

Social worker and professional manager of the organization, manages the training system. Holds a master's degree in Social Work and is a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) individual therapist.
Loona has experience in facilitating youth groups dealing with risk situations and is a facilitator in "Gatekeepers" training, which provides knowledge about the suicide phenomenon, early warning signs, risk factors, and continued treatment.

She is a graduate of 'The Messengers’ training and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
Loona is married, mother of two children, and lives in the Galilee.

In her previous positions, Inbar served in various Vice President roles. She has accumulated extensive experience in managing and leading teams, development, strategy, human resources, and leading complex large-scale projects with all social groups in Israel.

Inbar has diverse multidisciplinary experience in both the social sector and the business sector, including the high-tech industry.
